B.Tech/Dual Degree/M.Tech Thesis Students
B.Tech/Dual Degree/M.Tech students from IITM can contact Surendra to discuss about industry-related projects or to gain some hands-on experience on synthesis and characterizing semiconductor materials. Prior knowledge in semiconductors is not necessary, however, one should dedicate their time to learn it during their project work.
B.Tech students starting from the first year are welcome to reach out to Surendra for short-term projects.
M.S (by Research) and Ph.D Students
We are looking for M.S (by Research) and Ph.D students to join our lab. For students with Metallurgical/Materials Engineering background, we encourage the student to apply through the MME Department admission portal. For students with non-metallurgical/materials engineering background from physics, chemistry, materials science etc, can apply through inter-disciplinary research program (IDRP).
Postdoctoral Researchers
